The GEMS Learning Trust and its academies takes the privacy of its staff, pupils and parents data very seriously. The majority of data and information you provide to us is required by law for the purposes of educating and safeguarding children. However, some of the information we ask for is given on a voluntary basis and, in order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation Act, we will inform you whether your explicit consent is required. If you would like to request to see the information we hold, please read our Freedom of Information Policy and Subject Access Request Policy and if possible complete a Subject Access Request form and return to the school office. Both documents can be found below.
